The break room was our most extensive demo. We ripped up the linoleum and it's subfloor to find original hardwoods. They then had to be patched, sanded, stained, and oiled. The drywall had a vinyl covering that had to be taken off and the wall re-mudded and sanded. We then added a freestanding wall to create a walk-in closet. The ceiling grid was painted and the existing cheap tiles were replaced with upgraded tiles that we painted ourselves. Lastly, every inch of walls and trim were painted.
